Just to let you all know - well those of you that may actually be worried about me. I am alive and well.
Quick update, I am moving tomorrow so chaos rules here and I won't have any internet until next thursday. I will do a full update of the wekkend in Wales - it includes tears, ripped trousers and abit of an achievement.
Never underestimate the effect of pressure in your life can have on your mental attitude on the mountain - as I found out last week!!

I gather from your postings that you live in the Bedfordshire area; I used to live in Leighton Buzzard, do you know it?
